• First off with each email offer over the past few months you were always booked. I replied to the email with this information. Then this week I received another email with a discount and to schedule an appointment. There were several openings and I was able to book, but I booked the wrong time. When I called the you lady changed the appointment for me with no trouble. Upon arrival the town square Was blocked for the Christmas festival, so I wasn't for sure where the business was located. the young lady was on the phone with me with directions and stepped out side to assure I was going the right direction... Once inside she was so pleasant with great customer service skills (a lost art these days). Great Customer Service is key for me. She welcomed me with a beverage of choice and I chose the lavender champagne, which was fabulous. Jenny took over Immediately and was very attentive and certain my experience remained exceptional. I absolutely loved the experience and the care that was provided. So thank you for having such an amazing service with great customer service, great Employees and for not only replying to email, but to assure I received a discount. ❤️❤️
