Plus Amy was very comforting when she applied the numbing medicine and even made sure I had whatever I needed to occupy myself while it was working. She even went to my car to retrieve my phone when I found I didn't have it. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy!

• I have visited Laurel Creek many times. It is my favorite place to go. The micro-needling process is one of my favorite things to do. Part of the process involves cleansing, numbing cream and a facial.Amy as always is continuously evaluating products to make sure everything she puts on my skin are the best medical grade products available . She also takes time to know my skin and makes any necessary she adjustments for my skin type. I wish more people could know the benefits of micro-needling. It has helped the fine lines and uneven textures of my skin so much. I do have to say that I would only trust the staff at Laurel Creek with any procedure involving my skin.
