• It was my first time getting my brows done (crazy I know) I booked brow tint and lift. I was respectfully dissatisfied with the look, it wasn’t what I expected. I calmly explained what I liked and didn’t and luckily a solution was wax/brow shape. I was so lucky that Em had no immediate bookings after me and we were able to add this service on. Em was so attentive, respective, understanding and willing to problem solve with me. I have already recommended her to two people today who are crazy about their brows. Thank you!!!
