• I always have a great experience at Laura Brows! Em does such a great job and is so lovely! It was such a pleasure meeting Heather - I am in love with my lash lift, they look incredible. Some feedback that I think would really elevate the lash lift experience is to walkthrough/ explain the steps as the treatment is happening - I was a first-timer and curious/ a little anxious after signing the waiver. More explanation of the process as it is happening, aftercare, etc would help balance out the "intensity" of the waiver. Not at all a complaint, just an observation that might improve the experience. Well done as always Laura Brows! :)
