• The movement was awesome, the music was just enough to listen but now get carried away by. The magic of the class was the sound healing. It allowed me to get out of my own head and allow the body and the mind to connect. The flow of light in my head was like watching the waves come in as you stand at the beginning of the ocean, where the waves just kiss your feet.... the kind touch brought just enough to the silence, that felt like a cherry on the cake if the day....then when the dancing of color ended in my head, it was like being suspended in air.... floating without fear. Magical. On my way out, a thank you and a hug.... that made me want to stay.....but there was a full moon waiting for us outside..... and I had to pee!!! Thank you for the magical experience. We will do that again. Namaste
