• The diet works, you have to be true to yourself and the diet, but it works. The diet will get you to your desired weight, then it's up to you to maintain, with their help. This is a good product.

• I LOVE IDEAL PROTEIN!!! It is so easy to lose weight with this program! I really love the food too!! I also really like that your skin shrinks as you lose instead of just hanging or flapping! I'm 57 years old yet I feel 30 again easily! My coach, Amy, is fabulous and really supportive and accessible any time I need her with questions or recipes. I'm so happy I found this program!
