• The experience was very positive. My clothes finally fit again. My coach, Holly, was a delight to work with. Wasn't able to reach my target weight due to a pending vacation. I'll be back after the Holidays, the first of the year to go back to Phase 1 to get to my target weight. Less than 10 pounds to go to get back to my weight of 40 years ago. I can hardly wait.
