Outstanding! Had a facial and dermaplane with Courtney and I can't say enough about her and the treatment!
So relaxing yet attentive to my needs and boy, are her facial techniques amazing!
I would highly recommend her!
My skin is still fresh and glowing 3 days after.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this establishment, their work, or their technicians! I have been getting my lashes done here every two weeks with pretty much everyone, for about 4 months, and I got my lips done for the first time with Stephanie. All of the experiences were easy, comfortable, and way more fun than I would have expected!! Everyone makes you feel so welcome, and they all have their own special flair for what they do! I will be here every two weeks until the end of time, and I cannot wait for my next syringe!!

It might be a smart idea to get a patch test done prior to getting a lash lift and tint, I read online that it should be done two days before your session, which I was not told about. Two days after getting my lashes tinted and lifted, I got blisters around my eyelids. It became red and inflamed. The reaction could be due to the plant based tint or glue that they use for lifting the lashes.

I'm so sorry to hear you developed irritation following your service. I'm also sorry you didn't feel comfortable calling to inform us of your reaction, we always encourage our clients to keep us abreast of any problems. We definitely offer patch tests to anyone upon request. Unfortunately, due to the science behind allergic reactions, a patch test is not 100% true because it often takes more of the allergen to mount a histamine response. In addition, most clients develop an allergy over time and will not react the first time they are exposed to an the allergen. You can equate it to environmental allergies such as pollen - those with the allergy often develop it over time. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly. I've been coming to Lashbar for the last year to see Jodie for eyebrow threading and I have to say that she is the best! I've never received so many compliments on my eyebrows in my life. Had lots of people asking me my secret for brows and I always point them towards her. She is always on time for our appointments, super kind, and listens to your request. I'm unfortunately moving to another state and I'm so very sad to be losing her. She's the first person I've ever repetitively went back to for my brows because she always did such a good job and I always felt better about myself after leaving.

I got my eyebrows done by Courtney today and they look on point. The staff is all smiley faces and it's always a pleasant experience. They are really taking great care to follow covid guidance and make customers feel safe and comfortable going during these times.

The girl who put on my lashes did a great job, but Lashbar needs a lesson in customer service.
I had several lashes fall out within 24 hours which is normal, but when I tried to schedule a touch-up my original person was not available. She was very polite and asked that I call lash bar, and told me they would be able to get me in. The girl on the phone gave major attitude and wanted me to wait over a week for a touch-up. I had just spent over $85 the day before and she could not be bothered. She finally agreed to take me 2 days later, but never even bother to take my name. I am not privileged to be seeing lashbar, they are privileged to have clients who will spend what they do on lashes and should be treated much better when issues arise.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I know much time has passed since this post but now as sole proprietor, I am personally reaching out to clients who have had a poor experience with our business. First, I would like to extend my sincere apology. Years later, I actually still remember this specific situation in great detail. Back in 2016, we were made up of all booth renters and the woman who answered was of her own separate business entity. I was appointed at 12 am at the morning when I woke up I felt bad and could not come
later they wrote to me email
they demand money from me. I could not come, they want half the cost
for what???
and I also did their eyebrow correction and it was terrible.
I asked them not to change the shape of the eyebrows, but they changed it

Unfortunately, we do often have to enforce our agreed upon 24 hour cancellation policy. Unless, there is an illness or emergency, we do charge 50% of the scheduled service. We do this to cover the cost of our stylists now missing out on their commission for the service that was booked in advance. My lashes looked good, but Lashbar needs to improve their customer service. The girls working will gossip your entire appointment - about other clients - and will charge you for missing an appointment in an emergency.

I recently had my brows tinted by Sam. It was awful. I specifically asked for a light color but they came out almost black. I will never go back there. They pretended they looked ok but they were far from it. I highly suggest finding another place. Very disappointing.

She is SO kind and my experience (first time) was alright. My eyes got irritated and my right eye was red and sore for about 3 days after. Im guessing it was from glue getting in my eye. She mentioned that my right eye didn't shut all of the way in the beginning of the service, so I'm guessing that has something to do with it. Although this happened, I will DEFINITELY be back, I know she was training, and she tried her best to make me comfortable and happy, but my first experience ever getting lashes was not 5 stars, but nothing less than 4. I got what I paid for, which I definitely understand. The girls there are really nice and their work is AMAZING (I stalk them on Facebook cause I can't believe how pretty people lashes came out). It's been about 4 days since and none of the lashes have fallen out and my eye isn't in anymore pain. Even though it wasn't the BEST experience, I would love to go back and have one of the girls do my next full set!
