• The studio was beautiful and clean. I was greeted promptly. Katie was super sweet, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. She gave me what I asked for. Lady at front desk(manager) was great as well. They really care about customer service. I was recommended by friends to try Lash Up and was not disappointed. I will definitely be back and also will recommend this studio. 10/10 from me😊
