• Both Hannah and Noami do amazing work and are always welcoming. I make time for this every 2 weeks because of their service. I would appreciate it if head office would choose 1 method of confirmation of appointment. I’ve tried the to identify this a few times within my profile and when booking but it doesn’t seem to stick. I prefer text messages and will reply quite quickly. This time, after I confirmed via email I also received a call from red deer to confirm. I feel that this is duplication for all and I’d appreciate a more efficient process of communication of confirmation. I will also say that I am concerned about the capacity to handle demand over the summer. No matter when I book I always only see these 2 in the shop and they are always back to back with clients. Neither ever complain but I know from experience this will lead to burn out and I’d hate to have to make a change due to lack of capacity.
