• It was great customer service & the lashes are wonderful! The only reason I wouldn't recommend 10 is because a couple of times I felt pulling/tugging onmy lashes that was quite painful!

• My (apprentice) technician was wonderful: great lashes and conversation. Even though it took a long time I enjoyed myself. -1 because the woman who checked my lashes at the end was not very polite to my technician.
