This was my first ever time getting lash extensions and Rachel was amazing! She lays everything out for you in simple terms which makes it super easy to follow along with what's going on and how to handle after care and maintenance on your lashes. She catered to the style I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process! My lashes look amazing.
Her new location in Duvall is super cute and has great decor. Duvall needed a lash place!
I will definitely be going back, and this is coming from someone who said they'd never give in to the lash craze ;-)

I highly recommend. I had no burning in my eyes and the lashes are light and comfortable and look perfect. I couldn't be happier. I've always had some burning with lashes before, but this was painless and effortless. Amazing.

I firmly believe that you should abide by Baseballs rules when you are trying oUt new salons. Specifically, the three strikes your out rule.

The first time I came here, I booked a refill because I still had lashes on from my previous salon in another state. I wasn't blown away with the service but it wasn't bad. A solid C.

The second time I came to the studio, I did a full 2 hour set and left in tears because my lashes looked like I was heading to work as a stripper. I had asked for a more natural look and I have blondeish lashes so I need a little help to frame my eyes. Instead I received the most over done lashes I've ever experienced and also saw that they broke some of my natural lashes while doing this service. I literally went home and lash bathed all my lashes until I got about half of the set off. I, however, gAve them a pass here because maybe I wasn't clear in what I liked. They did know I was upset and didn't give me any discount or show any empathy toward my unhappiness.

I went in again this morning and only booked a fill, though I have no lashes on right now, but I thought if they only have 60min then maybe it will look more natural. I explain to the girl, I only want 60min and very natural looking just a little umph! About 70min in, I asked how much time was left and she said an hour. I advised that I only wanted 60 min because I was worried about being over done. She was like ok, wrapped up and let me get up. They look ok but not what I wanted and honestly if I gave her another hour they would have been overdone and not looking natural. Then, as I was checking out she charged me for a full set even though it wasnt even close. So, just under $300 for an hour service.

My previous studio saw me every 14 days like clockwork to ensure my lashes were tip-top and I saw them for 4 years. This studio is the closest to my house and honestly I really wanted to like them but between bad service and absurd pricing, I won't be back. I'd be very clear on your expectations. Absolutely dIsappointing and I'm furious at the cost and no flexibility on pricing for the actual service that was received.

24 hours later and half my lashes are gone. Don't waste your money and they have not done anything to make this right..

The lash factory was great!! Being a hairdresser we all seem to be picky especially about our hair and lashes! The owner took her time and was very patient with me. The lashes looked fabulous very full and beautiful just like I love them ! This is the second time I've gotten them in the last three years and by far this was the best location ,lashes and product I have used . I am very sensitive to the glue and last time I had them put on in a different location I had a major problems with irritation swelling and redness of my eyes. This location The lash factory in Duvall Washington I had no problems whatsoever no burning no itching nothing! She asked the right questions and made sure that I was not going to have any issues. She also gave me a beautiful starter packet worth $50 it was all part of the complete price fot the set of lashes . The other company charge extra for the cleaning products and she did not!!
The value as well worth it here and her professional and expertise was fabulous thank you again for beautiful lashes!

I originally saw Lash Factory during my pregnancy walk over a year ago. Finally I decided to make an appointment. I must tell you that Amanda is really is a Lash Guru!!! I have had lashes done multiple places in WA state and California, she is the best!
She is quick, gentle, and the end result is beyond your expectations. She truly has the magic touch and the eye for how to make your specific eyes stand out.
I would highly suggest her services. The salon is very well appointed and comfortable. Check this place out! Amanda will blow you away!

Ok I'm in looooove with my lashes!!! Randi did an outstanding job and was absolutely meticulous. And, fun to talk to, to boot! Super clean, nice shop, I will definitely be back and am so glad to have a studio in my neighborhood!

I have been coming to the Lash Factory for about 5 years now. I can not say enough good things about the quality of service, the expertise of the staff or beauty of the salon itself. This is exactly what you hope to find when looking for your regular lash salon. It has a very luxurious and glamorous feeling from the second you walk in with the beautiful interior design to the comfortable tables for you to lay on while you take your "lash nap" and wake up beautiful! Rachel is the best lash technician I've ever met and I would even travel back to Seattle just for her to give me a fill when I moved to AZ. There isn't another place I can even imagine doing this for! This is most definitely the best lash salon in WA. Go see for yourself!

I love seeing Amanda for my lashes. She works wonders. I live in South Seattle and it's worth the drive to Issaquah Highlands just to see her. I love how she does my lashes, a true work of art. I am at ease with her and makes me feel confident. I wear glasses and she always made sure it does not interfere with my lenses. I feel relaxed and there is no dull moment with her. Gives me advice and after care. The place is really clean,cozy and has beautiful interior. Easy and convenient online booking or text her directly. I would highly recommend Amanda for your lashes needs. Can't wait for her to do my eyebrows next time.
