Tanvir was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with lots of lashes falling out within days from a previous salon. She saw the issue and fixed it, explaining to me why it was happening. The process with her was very comfortable. I trusted that she knew exactly what she was doing and also very good at it. My lashes look beautiful as when I left the salon and none have fallen out. I'm extremely satisfied and this is my new go to salon. I highly recommend. The girl working at the front was very friendly and sweet. She phoned me before my appointment and got me to send a photo of my lashes so we could find the option that I needed. The salon itself is very beautiful. You feel so comfortable walking in. You can tell the level of cleanliness is taken seriously as well. I can't wait until my next appointment. Thanks. 💜
