• As I had explained to Krystal, I have been going through some weird and bad lash artists. I came into Krystal after only 5 days after of getting a volume lash fill and most of my lashes had fallen out. This was after having them filled the previous week because all the fans closed up so the owner took me in to fix it, but still charged me for the fill even though it was one of her lash girls that did a terrible job! Three times at this other location that came recommended by Borboleta and a lot of money wasted! Krystal actually listened to me and understood what I wanted. I am so happy with the way my lashes turned out and they are holding up so well so I don't have to worry while I am on vacation about coming back bare!! I am so happy to have found a place that listens and takes pride in their work! Thanks Krystal!
