• I feel fortunate to have found the Stretch For You program at LaRose. For years I have lived with chronic low back pain due to arthritis. I have tried so many other forms of relief only to find myself back in pain. Literally after one stretch session I felt feeling of euphoria, standing taller with ease, toes pointed forward and hips feeling good. Session 2 is where the work begins. With each following session I was delightful being restored to a more youthful, flexible, stronger version of myself. Not only am I thankful to have found this form of relief in my life I am ecstatic that we have it right here at home.
