• I have 2 herniated disc and have been getting shots for the pain. The shots just help the pain but the injection of the shots into the joint is not recommended for long term. I am a firm believer in stretching and soft tissue manipulation. I will do anything non invasive to help keep me mobile. After my stretching treatment I was a little sore the next day, my mobility was much better with less pain. I will be incorporating the stretches at LaRose's and hopefully doing away the the shots.
