• I was able to get an appointment quickly. I've been struggling with back pain for awhile, have had several massages in the past, but Kels was the first person to actually work out the knots and tension in my back and hips!!!!

• I thought Shawn was great and the techniques for removing knots were painless. I was referred to him through a colleague even though I've been there numerous times/years. I normally get deep tissue massages and expect alot of discomfort due to how much tension and knots I typically have. I am also sore for a few days after a typical massage but this time I wasn't. I would definitely recommend him and this approach.
