• Karla found the problem with my back and really worked it! While in the moment I thought it was worse, I woke up this morning and could fully walk and sit up and move without any pain! I couldn't even walk before cause of the issue! She showed my the stretches and exercises I needed to do to help prevent further issues! I'm so thankful!
