• First off, and most importantly, it's very clean and comfortable. The rooms are warm and soothing. The management in reception are friendly and knowledgeable. It was good to see Melissa, who stayed on in the management capacity after she retired from doing (wonderful) massage for many years. I have never had a complaint with any of the massage therapists that I've seen. My most recent visit was with Ana, and I absolutely loved her. She's got good, strong hands and targeted my very tight muscles perfectly. I booked my next visit with her before I left. I love, love, love Larose! Suzie C.

• Lisa was great. She helped me understand what was likely going on with my body and offered advice on how to prevent it. She was running late due to a recent change in her commute.( I did not mind in the least). I absolutely loved how the owner handled the situation with understanding and jumped in to help her get set up for the appointment. 10/10
