• When arriving at Laredo Wellness & Aesthetics , I had an employee come out and meet my at my vehicle all while taking safety covid precautions. She handed over a cold water and some forms to read over and sign all while I was in the cool ac of my vehicle. I was given instructions to fill these forms out and once down to give them a call and someone would be out to retrieve these forms and take my temperature. The sign In process went smoothly and was then greeted by Alma, who was not only only respectful and courtesy but also broke down the process of the procedure I was about to have done. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole thing. I am looking forward to dropping by again in the next few weeks for a second session.
