• At my arrival, I was already greeted with a friendly staff member. She made me feel comfortable as she walked me to the waiting area to fill out the paper work. Then another staff member took me to the room were the procedure was going to be done. I expressed my concerns of being scared as it was my first time getting Botox and right away she made me feel at ease with her knowledge and her charismatic personality. Once the doctor came in, again she made me feel very comfortable, and her hands were amazing. Did not feel any pain. From the get go everything was amazing.
