I love the studio, the new machines are great, instructors are helpful, kind and supportive, plus it's close to my house and not far from my office!

Well, since you asked... I love every class I have taken. The owner and teachers are all wonderful: informative, kind, patient, inspiring, and fun! I enjoy learning new techniques each week while building my skill set. After 6 months of frequent classes, I love Pilates and I am so happy that this studio and staff have become a part of my life!
