The office environment was pleasant and Christie offered me water immediately. I was very impressed by her manner of speaking--she was pleasant and professional, but spoke in a familiar, straightforward way that made me feel as though we were already well acquainted. She offered me a lot of information and did not try to aggressively sell me product. I have also spoken with Adrienne on a couple of occasions, and she has always been very friendly and helpful. Though I've only had one visit, I have been impressed with the wealth of information I have received; the friendly attitude, openness, and professionalism of the staff; and I would recommend CosMedics to others. (In fact, I have already!) Thank you!
