This little gym is the best workout I’ve found after a lifetime of different gyms and sports. The vibe is warm and friendly. The instructors are experienced, creative , up beat and on the look out for correct form. I appreciate having been able to continue working out for 3 years through a couple of injuries and a knee replacement. The instructors gave me modifications that kept me going and left me stronger than I started out. I have never felt bored with any of the workouts, and after 3 years , I still feel challenged. It’s intimate with only 13 machines so the instructors can keep everyone on track. Shout out to Amy who manages the details and makes everyone who walks through the door feel welcome! I love this little gym❤️
