• All the extras!!! I go in for a facial and I get a foot massage and an arm massage and neck and shoulder massage I love the warm water and I love the warm mittens on my hands and feet. Also Marissa is wonderful and I like that when I'm checking out there's not all this pressure to buy another package or whatever. It's not upsale, upsale, upsale. I hate when I go to get a facial and they want to sell me all the products. Suggestions are okay but the no pressure is wonderful. And Marissa is wonderful
