• On approach I like the professional appearance of the facility. As soon as I entered I was greeted with professionalism and class. My name was already positioned at the station where I would be serviced. Everything appeared to be clean, sanitary and well maintained. I especially liked the diverse mix not only reflected in the employees but also in the customers. Karina took very good care of me. She definitely gave me an upgrade, turning my primitive claws into polished presentable fingers and toes. She was very hospitable and accommodating to how I wanted my manicure and pedicure done. When she was done doing her magic on my dragon talons, she helped me pick out some products they had available for routine maintenance. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely come back for touch ups.
