• I gave a score of a nine and not a perfect 10 because my manicure is chipping already. I got the gel set on my natural nails and it has been less than a week. I am a repeat customer and and am usually very satisfied with the service I received. My technician was very detailed with cutting filling and cleaning up my nail beds.I enjoyed the massage but I am not sure what happened as to why I have chipped nails. Thank you.

• Not a 10 because I would really appreciate if you would either reinstall the purse hook on the back of the door or move a table back into the bathroom so I have a place to put my purse (other than the floor).
