• Although my pedicure had to be rescheduled because a tech was not able to come in, Mark was friendly, accommodating and flexible. He rescheduled me for the north location at my preferred date and time. The tech (Shaina)was very professional and super informative about the gel nail process. She was friendly and warm and was not chatty. She shared good information and was genuinely caring about my nail health.

• You were able to reschedule when I stopped by and for the second time Journey took my appointment and she's great - she works quickly yet is very thorough vs sometimes ppl can be very slow while thorough
