Lacca is a wonderful salon! It is very clean and the atmosphere is super friendly and fun! The decor is fun too! I got an excellent manicure and pedicure and it was not rushed at all. I'm new to Oxford and this is the second nail salon I have gone to. The first was rushed and I did not feel welcomed and it was a horrible manicure and over priced for the service!
