• LaBelle is clearly a cut above other nail salons in the Main Line area. The technicians are more skilled at what they are doing and pay attention to things like nail health and longer-term maintenance issues. This client-care approach is so helpful, as opposed to caring only about what your nails look like when you leave. I felt very taken care of at LaBelle, like the way I felt about the experience really mattered. I especially appreciated the help I got choosing a gel manicure color appropriate for my needs. This may seem like a small thing but it's really an important one to me, and it was responded to with help rather than an attitude of annoyance because I couldn't make up my mind faster -- which made a difference to me. At first I didn't understand their request to make an advance appointment, but having been there, I see now that for somewhat picky consumers (like me) who really want to feel comfortable with their nail health AND the manicure itself, the LaBelle difference in quality and customer-specific focus is worth making the plan-ahead effort to get an appointment. I'm going to schedule a pedicure soon!
