• Love your nail bar, and think you are running the best-in-class salon. However am afraid the new pricing may be a hindrance (not just to me, but to growth of your business). If you find it impacts volume of sales, you can successfully reduce your pricing - just be sure to let folks know by email about that change to encourage them to visit more frequently. The marketplace finds many salons at $30 for mani/pedi. At $58, plus a $10 - $12 tip, you were already competing for business in a smaller pool - a group of clients who want to support your model even if the price was high. At $68 plus $15 tip, ($83) one is given reason to pause and reconsider the value of the high-end experience, otherwise put: quality vs quantity. Hope this is helpful. Patricia
