• All of the instructors are attentive, fun and bring a low impact, intense workout. There are modifications offered for each move. Today's class with Amber was a lot of fun and challenging at the same time. This studio is my favorite place to go for a workout! The child care is everything!

• I started visiting La Barre Studio about one month ago. I've seen the changes in my body and overall feel happier. It is a nice break to my hard day at work. The instructors are amazing and really know how to work out every muscle. I am currently going six days per week and I look forward to going every day.
