• My daughter and I have attended two classes together. We each get a work-out even through she is in much better shape than I am. The instructors are exceedingly encouraging and enthusiastic without being patronizing. Good music. Good location.

• labarre is an oasis. You step into this beautifully designed studio and feel pampered immediately. It's the moment you realize you are practicing the self-care you deserve. The staff are all welcoming, thoughtful, and accommodating in every way. The diverse group of instructors offer something to everyone who enters labarre. Once I step into labarre, I wonder why I am not there every day?

• I have taken 3 classes with Andria and it has been the best work out I've had in years. She also is great about showing you the correct way move. I'm not the most coordinated person so this really helps. I usually run but Andria's class has me sweating more than a 3 mike run. I'm thoroughly enjoying her class and look forward to more! @
