• I absolutely Love this place. The owner has created a beautiful, welcoming, delightful environment and staff. The workout is head-to-toe, keeps your heart rate up, and cleanses your spirit. There’s no yelling or condemnation. Just encouragement and faith. I wish I didn’t live so far. I’d still be there everyday
