VIRTUAL CLASSES
- Virtual classes are named with the prefix [VIRTUAL].
- ZOOM links to your Virtual class will be sent 10-20 minutes before class begins.

                            IN-STUDIO CLASSES
                            - Bring a towel big enough to cover at least 80% of the mat or your own yoga mat to layover our mats in the studio.
                            - Grippy socks are compulsory for In-studio Barre classes. 
                            - Doors open 10 minutes before class.
                            - Late-comers will not be allowed into class and no grace period during this interim.
