• Loved my facial! Super relaxing experience, my face has looked and felt really great since. One piece of feedback - it seems every time I arrive in reception there is an internal conference call going on being broadcast via a phones loud speaker in one of the back rooms. I am on conference calls all day and it’s not really what I want to hear when in reception at the spa. As soon as you are taken back to a treatment room you can’t hear it at all so it does not disturb the treatment. It it does spoil the vibe in reception. Hope this is helpful. Thank you!
