• This salon seems to have been "hiding" in the corner in WinJeff Plaza. It is so beautiful, has manicure stations, pedicure stations, spray tanners, the most experienced colourists around and we're very pleasant. My hair turned out wonderful. Very pleased I accidentally ran into them and would recommend them to anyone of my friends or just in general. 5+++

• In the 17 years I lived in Los Angeles, I'd never been to a salon as well set up, comfortable, welcoming, high class and accommodating as my first ten minutes at Rochester's La Salon Bianca. Six stars. I'm new to Rochester and am so glad to have stumbled across this diamond in the rough. Ask for Melanie - she is fantastic!
