• Ella was SO thorough in her consult. She walked me through the whole process of blending my gray. She was incredibly kind as well. I loved that even though it was mid day on a Saturday it felt like a calming salon as well. I felt comfortable walking out and booking with Ella, that she heard what I said, questioned and said back what she heard. So if I misspoke she repeated back what she heard so I can get out of my upcoming appointment exactly what I'm looking for. I can't wait to come in and get the process started!
