• The first time I went, my Brazilian blowout didn't stick but my highlights looked amazing and my stylist was crazy friendly. So when I realized my Brazilian wasn't working, I called and we assessed why it didn't work and then they did it for me AGAIN! A full 3 hour process again and they did not charge me at all and it has been staying great so far. Most places I would have to fight for them to redo it, but here, they said "well if something went wrong then let's figure it out and fix it". Super friendly staff and a very clean salon
