• Sarah Hoang has been doing my hair for years, so I followed her here when she left Supercuts. She’s always done a beautiful job on my highlights, given me great haircuts, and styled my hair so that I look like myself when she’s finished. But I also want to compliment the salon’s vibe: m a person who notices the little things, and the owner (you?) has made it a spa experience. Being comfortable is key, and I appreciated the adjustable shampoo sinks, the footstools, the length of time devoted to a luxurious shampoo, to a lovely haircut, and to a great style. I liked the products used on my hair, but I don’t like pressured up-sells, which have never occurred with Sarah at either venue. So I buy! I also liked how supportive of the stylists the owner is. Overhead blow dryers, great workstations (lots of personal storage), etc. My favorite was the sign in the restroom, addressed to “Valued employees”. That says a lot about employee relations. (I’ll bet you never thought anyone would notice that!) In light of Covid-19, I hope the general service world will find as nice a way to remind EVERYONE that EVERYONE has to wash their hands when leaving a rest room. I hope this lifts your day. Good service always requires compliments. I’ll be back! And by the way, I was terrified to find out the prices of your services, but my highlights were on par with Supercuts. Your haircuts are a little pricier, but the amount of time spent on my services made it a spa experience, not a hurried affair.. Feel free to respond if you like.
