• My stylist was patient, considerate, and interested in giving a cut I would appreciate. She was great, however I am very dissatisfied with your policy of storing my credit card number in your system. Having had my credit card number compromised, I'm very cautious. You don't trust me to keep my appointment, but you want me to trust your security with my credit card. Because of this I had to make a separate trip to the salon to prepay for my appointment. That's inconvenient and with the cost of gas, an added expense. I do understand your need to safeguard the income for appointments. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me.

• Previous to coming to La Salon Bianca, I had not gotten a professional haircut for 3 years. Every stylist I had been to, just didn’t know how to cut my hair. My first visit with Marissa was hands down the best haircut I have ever gotten. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly while also giving input on what I should be getting for my hair to help maintain frizz and to keep my waves/curls in tact. Beforehand I had never gotten advice on how certain cuts could effect the way my hair looks. Her knowledge on how to maintain my hair was amazing and I love going back to her and have even increased the amount of haircuts I get to 3 a year. I always walk out of this salon feeling my best!
