• Ella was amazing! It was my first time at the salon and seeing her. I was unhappy with the previous color I had done somewhere else. She listened very intently to what I liked and didn't like, even though I probably wasn't describing it very well. During the process, she used multiple techniques, including balayage, highlights, and low lights to even out what I didn't like about my color. She was friendly in conversation and gave me an incredible head massage. The end result was perfect and exactly what I envisioned!
