• The service was excellent. The facility is beautiful. The room was a little cool even with the blanket-perhaps a heated blanket for cool mornings. The hassle with the gift certificate was what cost the perfect score. When I booked the appointment I talked with the receptionist about my gift certificate and was assured everything was in order then when my appointment was over I had to ask if my gift certificate had been applied to the cost. Then the whole run around ensued with calls to the manager and time being wasted. If the girl doing the billing wasn't familiar with my file(which she obviously wasn't) she should have asked if I had a gift certificate before the appointment started or at least before billing. Next time I book I'll get the receptionist's name at the time of booking.
