• Because Chailene is the best their is. When it comes to personal therapy, a company's policy does not dictate the service quality. Im my experience a therapist either has it or they don't. Book smart doesn't equate to hands on knowledge. Anyhow, I hope that helps as it is the most non biased opinion I have. Have a great day, Merry Christmas
