• I chose that answer because I recently booked for laser hair removal services and Launa is such a professional and she spent so much time with me, explaining the treatment process to me and helping me understand what would be beneficial to me and what wouldn't be. She is very personable and highly skilled with great depth of knowledge. The spa is beautiful and absolutely spotless. I loved my whole experience there and I look forward to going back. It was a 10/10 visit for me.
