• The service at the actual appointment was lovely. The front desk, consultant and nurse that worked with me for my appointment were all wonderful. It made me feel very comfortable . The only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 was because I was called three times the Saturday before my appointment to reschedule only to end up with the original time and I was called again the Monday before my appointment asking if I had same-day availability, which is silly since I'm supposed to prep by shaving 12 hours before hand. Otherwise it was great.
