Hi! I have been a long-time user of LA Bikini and recommend it to anyone who is asking. I am a frequent customer, and love the service I am provided. Tamara is amazing!!
If someone within this location is reading this response, I do have a complaint that I would like to voice. I do not want this seen on your website, but I do want it known. About two months ago I was supposed to come in before I left for a trip, but unfortunately came down with what I now know was the flu. The flu was running rampant at that time and most who had it were told to stay home. I tried my hardest to get to the appointment, but just felt too sick to make it. I called to apologize and say I couldn't make it, but was treated unkindly and told that I would still be charged because I didn't call in enough time. As a 'member' (or whatever you all call it), I would have hoped to have had the fee waived as it was completely beyond my control that I couldn't be there, and as a customer in general, I would have hoped to have been treated to a little more kindness by the person I spoke with.
