• I'm one of those people who has stopped getting facials over time, mostly because my skin issues were too advanced (I have a combination of acne and rosacea) so eventually, as my issues progressed but were left ignored or unaddressed by professionals, I began feeling lost and even at times duped. I wasn't sure what to expect from this experience but I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The staff at KUR were accommodating and professional from the beginning, and Sophia who took care of me mirrored my first impression. She was attentive and understanding and very perceptive. She was able to recommend me a slightly different treatment to address my specific needs, which made me feel like I was finally in the right hands. She gave me a rundown of how she recommended me to go forward, and with which treatments, but she continued to listen to me and at no point did I feel pressured into deals, products or treatments I didn't feel comfortable with. She didn't even assume I wanted to commit to her long term but remained super informative and professional with a clear idea of my goals. I can honestly say I've never experienced that kind of special attention from dermatologists or beauticians. The results too were beyond my expectations! My skin was left supple and radiant, my pores smaller than they have been in years and even without IPL, some of the worst redness was gone. Not to mention that I felt confident and happy about my appearance for the first time in ages, and relieved to finally be treated as a patient with real concerns. I signed up for continued treatment immediately.
