• Because I love Kundalini house - the classes and teachers are all excellent, the classes always feel safe - you are in good hands. The Kundalini yoga is special and powerful in the integration of the spiritual and physical. It moves general yoga practice to a higher level of consciousness.

• Everyone is so welcoming at Kundalini House and I am made to feel like I belong there. The front shop staff are always smiling and keen for a conversation. I see Rebecca for naturopathy and Leela for Acupuncture and I have had incredible experiences with them both. They are both at the top of the field and professional and compassionate.
