I have been a member of Kume from 2017 to the present, a total of 8 years. Paul was my masseuse, except for Kevin, who came in once or twice. I was sad to hear that Paul is no longer with the company. The appointment scheduler recommended Tony. Tony did an amazing job! Moving forward, I will work with Tony.

There should be a clock so that we know when we got in and how much time we have. There should be an instruction to turn off the jet, we thought it would stop every 10-15 like other hot tubs
